Chris Mazdzer Takes A Chilly Dip In Frozen Adirondack Lake

Chris Mazdzer, the Olympic Luger who won a silver medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics, recently shared a video of himself taking a polar plunge in a frozen lake located in the Adirondacks.

In the video, Chris can be seen stripping down to his Calvin Klein underwear and walking into the freezing water. After submerging under the water for a few seconds, he pops back up and says, “Refreshing” before getting out and towel drying off.

He captioned the video “Nothing like a quick dip in a frozen Adirondack lake to wake me up for the #lakeplacid2023 World University Games”

Mazdzer isn’t the first celebrity to strip down for a polar plunge, as many people are taking a dip in icy waters as a way to refresh and wake up. As the trend of polar plunging grows, Chris Mazdzer joins the list of celebrities who are not afraid to take a dip in freezing temperatures.
